Thrifty MG Sheets are used primarily for wrapping hoagies. The sheet has been machine glazed on one side and has a machine finish on the other side. The Machine finish side is a little rougher which allows for oils and moisture to absorb into the sheet and the machine glazed side is smooth and helps to keep the moisture from bleeding through. The glazed side also provides a more finished looking product. Approx. 1645 sheets.
